Those 2 losses to ODU are going to be hard to overcome.

I emailed this to a UF fan I know. His response was FU.

If they can stay relatively health they should be better than last year. With that schedule the win loss record may not reflect it. I hope they lose every game they play. I'm not sure what makes me happier, a Seminole win or a gator loss.

    Aug. 30 Idaho (1.0)
    Sep. 6 Eastern Michigan (1.0)
    Sep. 13 Kentucky (0.8)
    Sep. 20 at Alabama (0.2)
    Oct. 4 at Tennessee (0.6)
    Oct. 11 LSU (0.3)
    Oct. 18 Missouri (0.7)
Nov. 1 Georgia (in Jax) (0.35)

    Projected Regular Season Wins: 7.25

Here's hoping they can pull an upset over LSU or UGA, finish 8-4, and keep on keepin' on...

The only problem with that is SOS is important for the playoff selection. Beating a bad Gator team is bad for our chances to get in if we're on the bubble.

    I predict 7-5 regular season.

Losses to Bama, LSU, UGA, FSU, and either Missouri or USCe.

Vandy is worse than last year, while Tennessee may surprise a few people.

This is true for most FSU fans.

At my most pessimistic moments, this is the conclusion I also come to.

The potato bowl Saturday in the swamp is going to be interesting. I did take Idaho and 38.5 points.

Not even close. To be sure, I always chortle when FSU loses, but I do not ever question which I want more, as FSU loss or a Gator win. I will always take a Gator win

UGA on the other hand? Depends.

The line opened at 31.5. I found it very interesting that it moved up, rather than down.

    Re: UF Season Prediction

Offshore it is +37.5 right now.

You can buy it all the way to +40.5

    Can UF cover this?

    Re: UF Season Prediction

I need to update my thoughts now. That UF is likely not going to make up the Idaho game.

    Aug. 30 Idaho FF
    Sep. 6 Eastern Michigan (W)
    Sep. 13 Kentucky (W)
    Sep. 20 at Alabama (L)
    Oct. 4 at Tennessee (L)
    Oct. 11 LSU (L)
    Oct. 18 Missouri (L)
Nov. 1 Georgia (in Jax) (L)
    Nov. 8 at Vanderbilt (W)
    Nov. 15 South Carolina (L)
Nov. 22 Eastern Kentucky (W) (FCS)
Nov. 29 at Florida State (L)

    final 4 and 7.

Not quite as bad as last year. If they get lucky at Rocky Top 5 and 6. They really needed the Idaho game to get to a bowl game this year.

Jeep and I need to get into the prognosticating business.

Had we played Idaho, 7-5 would have been out exact outcome

    Re: UF Season Prediction

Uh, that schedule is wrong. They will play at UK, Alabama and UT in Gainesville, at Mizz, at LSU, Vandy at home, at USC, and FSU in Gainesville.

    Thanks for playing.

PS I have FSU losing every game next year.
