If You Floridians want to learn a lil' somethin'

about what it's like to live in the great state of Texas. History Channel is running a series called 10 things I didn't Know hosted by Henry Rollins (I assume the former frontman for Blag Flag).

Obviously, the title was done with my tongue firmly planted in my cheek. You guys have a fine state over there...I like the mouse world and Chili's. :D

Both states are kinda loony when you get down to brass tacks.

I did for 4 years. I live in Charleston now. Not going to bash it…but not going back.

I just rode my motorcycle through Texas in April (I-20 east to west). Was not impressed with the state west of Ft. Worth. While I applaud that they're a red state (minus Austin) the state didn't have much to offer in terms of scenery. Also, I hated driving out there. They seem to take their speeding seriously out there.

Loved Texas when I was there and the fact that you could carry a
Weapon in your car concealed without a permit. Loved it to that even after Obama's reelection you could still find ammo.

The trip involved 5.5 months of hell in a military tech school,
but other than that it was ok.
