Happy hump day, Florida State fans. As your day goes on, keep it here for the latest in FSU athletics. The news and notes section of this post will be updated throughout the day.

Lead Story

Some more clarity has come to the situation involving Florida State redshirt junior Deondre Francois.

According to multiple reports, Francois was the subject of a 2-month Tallahassee Police Department investigation as he was believed to be selling marijuana. According to reports, police searched Francois’ garbage on three separate investigations. When TPD was able to obtain a search warrant, all that was found was a mere 17 grams.

Reports broke last week that Francois was being sent to a diversion program for misdemeanor amounts of marijuana. When all is said and done, things appear to be very, very minor for the quarterback.
