It’s Tuesday, Florida State fans. As we move a day to closer to turkey and hopefully, gator, keep it here for the latest in FSU athletics as we update the news and notes section of this post throughout the day.

Lead Story

Florida State’s women’s basketball team may have a lot of new faces this season, but people are starting to take notice.

The Seminoles moved up four spots in the AP Poll on Monday, climbing from No. 17 to No. 13. FSU is coming off a perfect week in which it blew out both Florida and Grambling State on the road.

Florida State is a perfect 4-0 for the season with none of its four victories coming by fewer than 24 points. Up next for FSU is Sacred Heart at home on Friday.
