For Florida State fans who like early home kickoffs, another one is on the way. The ACC announced Monday that the Nov. 4 contest at Doak Campbell Stadium between FSU and Syracuse will begin at 12:20 p.m. EST and air on the ACC Network, which is part of Raycom Sports.

After dropping the first match-up between the schools in 1966, FSU has won nine straight over the Orange. The Seminoles have won by an average of 32 points per game in the four match-ups since Syracuse joined the ACC.

Syracuse has never won at Doak Campbell Stadium in four trips, but the Seminoles are winless at home this season after falling to Louisville on Saturday. FSU defeated the Orange 45-14 last season in the Carrier Dome and 45-21 in the last meeting between the schools in Tallahassee on Halloween 2015.

The Orange are off to a 4-4 start this season, which includes an upset of then No. 2 Clemson. FSU is 2-4 on the year for its worst start since 2009.

FSU will visit Boston College this week on Friday night. Syracuse will be idle.
