Florida State’s final non-conference series of 2017 just got a little bigger, according to a release.

What was scheduled to be a 3-game series with Pacific from May 5-7 is now a 4-game set. The new game will help offset contests against Stetson and Miami that were lost.

The series opener at 6 p.m. EST on May 5 and the season finale on at noon EST on May 7 will go on as scheduled, but Saturday will now feature a doubleheader. The first game on Saturday begins at 2 p.m. EST with the second to follow at 6 p.m. EST.

The May 6 date will serve as Fan Appreciation Day and Military Appreciation Day. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a free t-shirt.

For the year, FSU is currently 26-16. Pacific is 13-25.
