Fans will have to wait until Sunday to find out what time Florida State will take on rival Florida in the regular season finale at Doak Campbell Stadium. That’s because the Nov. 26 contest was 6-day optioned by the ACC on Monday.

The contest could be a top 25 match-up as the Seminoles look to win a fourth straight over Florida. It would mark the first time that FSU won four in a row in the series since doing so from 1987-90.

The Seminoles won 27-2 last season in Gainesville and 24-19 in 2014 – the last time the teams met in Tallahassee. Under head coach Jimbo Fisher, FSU is 5-1 against the Gators and 9-1 against SEC opponents.

Five of the last eight contests between the teams have kicked off at 3:30 p.m. EST.
